Five years ago, almost to the day, Brightonbased funnyman Mark Brailsford got a bunch of his mates together and formed NewsRevue-Brighton.
Influenced by London stage show NewsRevue, the gang performed a selection of topical, satirical sketches and songs about anything happening in the news.
"I remember the year 2000," says Carol Kentish, one of the original team. "It was more innocent then. The funny clothes we all wore, the silly haircuts we all had."
They soon renamed themselves The Treason Show and earned themselves a monthly slot at the Komedia.
To celebrate this fifth birthday the original team are together again - Mark Brailsford, Kate Van Dike, Mark Katz, Carol Kentish, Alastair Kerr and Graham "Fingers" Lipscomb.
Starts 8.45pm, tickets cost £7.50-£12.50. Call 01273 647100
