Brighton and Hove City Council have, I've been informed, postponed their decision on the proposed waste transfer facility at Hollingdean Lane until July.
Is this because they think we'll forget about it? Or that we'll all be on holiday and they can slip the decision past parents and local residents?
Or are they waiting until the schools which will be most affected by the decision are closed for the summer holidays to minimise the potential outcry?
I'd like to remind Brighton and Hove council we won't forget and our protestations will continue. I urge all readers of The Argus and residents - whether they live near the proposed site or not - to join us.
