I have recently taken up the challenge to trek in Guatemala next February in aid of the charity Scope and would like to ask if any readers can help.
Scope is the UK's leading disability charity, working with adults and children with cerebral palsy, which is more common than people realise.
There are about 15,000 people in the South-East alone who need the support of the charity.
I am aiming to raise at least £2,500. This money is much needed and would help transform the lives of those affected by this condition.
If anybody is interested, would like to donate to Scope and help me reach my target, they can visit my web site, www.justgiving.com/emmarowen.
