Some concerts and shows due to be held in London tonight have been postponed as a result of the attacks.
People with tickets from Sussex were told to check with venues to make sure events were still on.

Hyde Park was to stage a concert by Queen and Paul Rodgers tonight but the show has been postponed until next Friday.
A show by REM that would have been attended by 60,000 fans tomorrow has also been cancelled.
A gig by The Prodigy due held at The Brixton Academy last night is rescheduled for August 8, and new dates are being arranged for concerts by Blue and Sum 41.
Theatres in the West End closed yesterday but reopened by this afternoon.
Brighton Festival Chorus will perform in the free Mostly Mozart concert at the Barbican Centre in Silk Street, London.
The chorus, which has 150 members from across the county, will sing as part of the Academy of St Martin in the Fields performing Haydn's Creation.
Tenor Gus Ferguson, from Hanover, Brighton, said: "I think people feel that music is one of the great bridges between different cultures and is a way of reaching that indestructible part of the human spirit.
"I think it will be a very moving concert and we are glad to be a part of it."
A statement on the Barbican web site said: "In view of the tragic events in London yesterday, the concert will be free. Refunds will be given to all ticket holders and there will be free entry, subject to ticket availability."
