Former world boxing champion Chris Eubank has split from his wife of 15 years.
He and wife Karron are living separately and seeking a divorce after selling their luxury house in Hove for development.
Karron, 41, and Chris, 39, who appeared in their own TV series At Home With The Eubanks, were until two years ago pictured at various functions together and seemed a happy couple.
But they have been living apart for a month after gradually moving out of their home in The Upper Drive, Hove, which will now be demolished and developed into blocks of flats.
Chris said yesterday: "Karron just cannot put up with me any more "
The former world middle-weight title holder added: "It is very, very sad.
"I still love her and I always will but we are just friends now.
"I think my character has taken its toll on her and she has come to a decision that she can't live with me any more.
"It's right for her. We have four children together and we will always be there for them."
Both are keen keep-fit enthusiasts, with Chris working out at the gym facilities at the couple's home and Karron a member at Brighton Health and Racquets Club in Falmer.
The couple have been living in different sections of their home.
When Chris carried out his one-man protest by crashing his famous black truck into the gates of No 10, Downing Street, Karron knew nothing about his intended protest.
She said at the time: "I have no idea what he gets up to. My life is normal, Chris's is not."
