Art student Rebecca Storrs, 18, whose father and relatives live in Bexhill, was found dead on the banks of the River Ogmore near her home in Bridgend, South Wales.
Police believe she was sexually assaulted and killed after enjoying a night out with friends.

Mr Storrs, of St James's Road, Sidley, is in South Wales to be with his other daughters, Laura, 14, Victoria, 21, and Rebecca's mother, Elizabeth.
Fifty officers are involved in the inquiry.
There has been a post-mortem examination but further tests are needed to establish the cause of death.
