ALBION boss Jeff Wood declared today: "I'm happy with what I have got."
The transfer deadline came and went yesterday without the Seagulls buying or selling a player.
Wood had a substantial bid for a striker accepted, but the move was ruled out for the time being due to the player's domestic circumstances.
And Wood said: "I am happy to go through until the end of the season with what I have got.
"We got what we wanted last week, when we were busy bringing three new lads in."
Keith McPherson, Phil King and Lee Doherty will all make their home debuts tomorrow against Barnet and so too could left-sided youth team midfielder Duncan McArthur.
The quartet helped Albion stop the rot with their first point for seven games at Hartlepool last Saturday.
Andy Arnott is available again after a two-match ban, but the biggest bonus of all for Wood is having Jeff Minton at his disposal for the first time.
The Seagulls' midfield playmaker had a run-out in the Reserves at Southampton on Wednesday and he has suffered no reaction to the ankle ligament damage which has sidelined him from Wood's ten matches in charge.
"Having Jeff back is like signing a new player," Wood said. "It's a massive boost for everybody at the club.
"He only played for an hour in the Reserves, but he did extremely well. He scored our goal and was very influential."
