Sally left her home in Withdean, Brighton, last night to give her support to refugees.
She is flying to Athens and will then use any means possible to reach the refugee camp at Shkodra in northern Albania.
Sally's spokesman, Mike Mendoza said: "She will be going on foot and in taxis to reach the camp on the Montenegro border.
"It is extremely dangerous, but she wants to do it."
Last night, U.S. President Bill Clinton authorised 50 million dollars (£31 million) in humanitarian aid for Kosovo.
Meanwhile, Russia is adding a show of force to its protest against the Nato raids.
Defence Minister Igor Sergeyev said one warship of the Black Sea Fleet would sail tomorrow and another six were also ready to go "to ensure Russia's security when the defence ministry considers it necessary."
Sergeyev added: "The defence ministry is also considering more decisive actions that will be recommended to the leadership if the situation changes."
