Seeboard's plans to spend nearly a third of a million pounds adding plastic coating and bird scarers onto their electricity lines will make this area an uglier place and should be strongly resisted.
Surely in the beautiful South Downs, Seeboard has a legal and moral duty to place these ugly lines under the ground.
Is it a ploy to get this through before the National Park comes along, or will Seeboard reconsider and do its bit to enhance the area to make the Valley fitting for the new national park?
