A Hove man narrowly missed his chance to be an internet millionaire when he appeared on Channel 4's Who Wants To Be An E-Millionaire last week.
But Anthony Lee pledged to have his website up and running by the end of the summer.
Impressed investors were on the telephone to Mr Lee after seeing his proposal for a children's site on the programme.
Mr Lee lost his round to the show's final winner, charity worker Joe Rajko, who won the £1 million first prize with a site which will allow the disabled community to buy specialised products online.
