Darren Freeman and Gary Hart will be back in the fold tonight.
The Albion strike pair missed last week's tour to Ireland, but will get a run-out in the Roy Hayden Memorial Trophy match against County League champions Langney Sports at Priory Lane, Langney (7.30).
Freeman is back after resting a groin strain while Hart was given paternal leave after the birth of daughter, Chloe.
Seagulls boss Micky Adams said: "They just need games now. Darren's groin injury needed to be checked out and he's done all the work required while we've been away.
"But it's not been a picnic for him and Gary. Dean Wilkins and Martin Hinshelwood were in charge and they worked hard."
Both Hart and Freeman, who scored the goal in the 1-0 friendly victory against Worthing before the tour, know they will have to battle for their places up front.
Adams has bought striker Lee Steele from Shrewsbury and targeted another front runner. He said: "I want competition for places."
Experienced Freeman and Hart will be part of raw squad.
Adams said: "It'll be largely a reserve side with a couple of trialists and, of course, Darren and Gary."
The showdown is an annual game between the Sussex champions and Sussex Senior Cup winners.
Albion have also set up a friendly against Chichester City United at Portfield tomorrow (7.30pm), as well as another warm-up match against Bognor on Saturday.
But Adams has given supporters a warning.
He said: "What I would say to the fans at this stage is that we are gearing everything up in terms of training towards the 12th of August when we start our league campaign against Southend.
"So if we look a bit jaded or tired and things don't go well pre-season, be sympathetic. We're not sharp by any means.
"We're only two weeks into pre-season. People expecting fluent tremendous displays may be disappointed."
Langney Sports will include new signings Ben Austin (Eastbourne Town), Nathan Godden (Sidley), Matt Crabb (Eastbourne United) and Lee Isaac, the former Burgess Hill striker who has been playing in Finland, in their 17-man squad.
Albion squad: Will Packham, Ben Andrews, Andy Beech, Kevin Hemsley, Adam Virgo, Danny Davis, Scott Ramsay, Adam Hinshelwood, Chris McPhee, Shaun Wilkinson, Andrew Davies, Gary Hart Darren Freeman, plus triallists.
Langney squad: Lightwood, Austin, Baker, Godden, Crabb, Stevens, Barham, Pearce, Snelgrove, Isaac, Agutter, Colbran, Allen, Reed, C. Willard, Balch, Ducille.
