The space ship-shaped handset is made from a see-through matt acrylic material in a range of sexy iMac colours with control buttons and joystick in matt translucent plastic.

The unit is fitted with neat little textured grips so that it never slips through your hands when the action gets rough.

All the usual Dreamcast controls are right where you need them.

The Controller Plus handled really well even though my hands are fairly small.

I did not have to strain to reach the control buttons and the rollerball joystick was just where I needed it.

This device made a lot of difference to the way I approached games and added a measure of pleasure that had previously been missing.

The one slight drawback was the strength of the springs on the twin triggers.

They made my fingers ache after a while but then I did play with the Controller Plus for far longer than I would like to admit!
