Having returned recently to live in Brighton in my later years, I can see many changes have occurred along the seafront. One is the dreadful state of the once resplendent tamarisk bushes on Dukes Mound in Kemptown. Why are these bushes so tattered and broken and the litter in the area so appalling? I have written to Brighton and Hove Council about this but have received no reply.
