A Sussex design firm has won a top business award for its work on a travel brochure.
Lime, which is based in Old Steine, Brighton, received the award in the short breaks category at the Best Brochure Awards run by Guardian and Observer Travel.
The awards are the longest running consumer travel awards in the UK and winners are chosen by a panel of industry experts.
Lime's award was for its design of Travelscene's Paris and Amsterdam brochure.
Judges praised the brochure's cover for clearly showing what is being sold.
It described the concept as simple, unfussy with excellent price panels and a minimum of supplements.
The brochure was also picked out for its clear use of symbols.
Lime was established in May 1997 and was taken over by current managing director Annalisa Johnson in December 1998. It now has a staff of eight.
Annalisa said: "We are constantly striving to produce clear and contemporary designs.
"Lime is keen to expand further into the travel industry and an award-winning brochure will look great in our portfolio.
"Our experience spans across a wide range of market sectors and disciplines, including packaging, advertising, corporate identity, brand identity, brochures, exhibitions and displays, promotional literature and website design."
The company's client list includes Virgin Atlantic, BBC, Epic Group, DMH, Victoria Real, WorthMedia, American Life Insurance and Worldcom.
