Is Charles Pratt, who recently described shooting prisoners during the war (Opinion, July 28), the same man who suggested the return of flogging and capital punishment?
I now count myself lucky I completed my army training after the war finished. I was disappointed at the time but would have felt worse if expected to shoot men with their hands up.
