Will the residents of Penn Crescent get a council tax rebate this year?

If any of the Mid Sussex District Council members care to look, they will find the pavements and roadside are overgrown with weeds and there is at least one wrecked car abandoned.

Now the bin men have stopped taking away garden waste, it seems logical to me we are overdue a refund for breach of contract.

Perhaps we should amend the dump the pump campaign to dump the chumps and get a new team to manage our local community.
