We were horrified at the way Preston Park was used as a public toilet during the recent Gay Pride festival, even though extra toilets had been provided.
I now believe most gay men must have a urinary problem, as every bush along the main pathway and around the park were being used as toilets, in full view of the public. I do believe that urinating in a public place is an offence but no one was around to enforce this by-law.
We certainly will not be using Preston Park again until there has been an extremely heavy rainfall.
