Top tastebuds in the food industry have listed Sussex producers among the best in the country.
In a tough nationwide competition between 1,200 speciality food producers, members of regional group A Taste of the South East took a record 24 bronze, silver and gold awards for their produce.
Among the winners were: the Sussex Tea Company of Uckfield; Ringden Farm of Etchingham; the Old Granary, Fishbourne; Horsham Cheese Shop; and Anthony Rowcliffe & Son, Crowborough.
