Eastbourne Cricket Club will be playing at Lord's for the second time in four years.
Victory over Teddington on Sunday has put Eastbourne through to the final of the National Club Championship on Friday September 1.
Eastbourne won the competition three years ago and skipper Paul Stevens is delighted to be back.
Stevens said: "It is superb for the club. We are going through a few problems at the moment, so for us to be at Lord's again is good news for the club and for the town.
"It will be a good day out again and I think we shall have quite a few people going up."
A total of 403 teams entered the 45 overs event organised by the England and Wales Cricket Board, and Eastbourne have won eight games to reach the final.
In Sunday's semi-final at Teddington, the hosts made 181-9, Jon Lord's 4-28 the pick of the Eastbourne bowling.
In a rain-interrupted reply, Eastbourne made 137-7 before coming off for bad light. Opener David Kirtley anchored the innings with a knock of 57 and the Sussex side took the tie on a better run-rate.
Stevens said: "It was a bit of an anti-climax coming off for bad light at the end, but they would have done the same. We knew as long as we kept up with the run-rate we'd win."
Eastbourne will meet Ormskirk or Sheffield Collegiate in the final. Their semi-final will be played this Sunday.
