I was stunned by the following claim (Argus, August 16) by a Sita spokesman about our appalling refuse collection "service": "We know there are problems with the changeover but we think in some cases they have been highly exaggerated."
Sita has totally failed us and left our towns looking like tips and must be sacked for failing in its contractual duties.
