The new Tory policy of testing foreign doctors on their English ability as recently announced by health spokesman Dr Liam Foc will surely have caused great offence to many hardworking doctors everywhere.
Doctors born overseas, or whose parents were born overseas, are vital to the health and well-being of the NHS and this country and should not be insulted in this way.
