Crawley fought back from a dreadful start to run out 4-1 winners at home to Folkestone Invicta in the premier division of the Dr Martens League.
Tricky visitors Folkestone nabbed a lead after just four minutes as Peter McCann drilled the ball across the Reds' six yard box for James Dryden to side-foot home.
When Reds found their feet, they kept Folkestone under pressure for long periods.
Andy Taylor was denied by keeper Dave Wietecha with a powerful header while Danny Carroll headed Luke Anderson's pass just over.
Dean Wordsworth fizzed a drive just over on 28 minutes but the ball was not just running Crawley's way.
The home side suffered a blow right on half time when Anderson was stret-chered off.
Reds came out like a different side in the second half.
Matt Woolf saw a shot deflected over the Folkestone bar before Carroll was impeded for a 47th minute penalty. Wordsworth, though, skied the kick.
Prayers were answered with 56 minutes played as Wordsworth redeemed himself by crossing for Mark Hynes to side-foot the equaliser.
Folkestone collected the first of two red cards when Richard Ponsford was dismissed for something he said.
Four minutes later Reds went ahead as Carroll and Dave Powell set up substitute Nigel Brake to poke the ball home.
McCann followed Ponsford off the field for a tug on Hynes just seconds later.
Hynes collected his second goal on 78 minutes as he fired a shot in off defender Andy Morris.
Carroll made it 4-1 three minutes from time with a low finish.
