Graffiti has become a major problem in Brighton. During the past year or so it has become widespread, appearing on house walls, shops, buildings and other surfaces. So what can we do?
Local residents must be vigilant and must paint over graffiti when it appears near them. In this way the vandals will never have the satisfaction of seeing their work. I intend to set up a graffiti patrol, painting it out whenever it appears. Does anyone else feel as strongly?
