Mark Walton says he has no regrets about quitting Albion for Cardiff in the summer.
Albion boss Micky Adams accused the big Welsh goalkeeper of leaving him in the lurch by moving on a free transfer under the Bosman ruling.
But Walton said: "I've no regrets. It has been excellent so far. Cardiff have massive potential and it's nice to be part of that.
"He (Adams) was quite keen to let me have a verbal volley, but that's his decision. The chance to come to Cardiff was the chance of a lifetime for me."
Walton admits he is "highly unlikely" to get a good reception from Albion fans at Ninian Park tomorrow.
"That won't bother me," he added. "It would be quite nice to take the three points.
"Getting stick spurs you on a bit more, because you want to ram it back down their throats. It's part of the game."
