It is the smaller businesses in Sussex which have attracted most nominations for the We're in Business awards.

The competition, backed by the City of London and the Millennium Experience, is now ready for round two.

There is a prize of an eight-day winter shopping holiday for two to the dynamic city of Toronto and nearby Niagara Falls for one lucky voter.

The holiday begins on Wednesday, January 31, 2001.

So if you love shopping, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

It includes return flights from Gatwick to Toronto, six nights' accommodation, return transfers between airport and hotel, an excursion to Niagara Falls and all air passenger duty and taxes.

The winner of the holiday will be selected at random from those voting.

In addition, the Millennium Experience is offering dozens of free family tickets to the Millennium Dome worth £57.

Across the country, newspapers in the Newsquest group are publishing their lists of businesses to go forward to the next round.

The six businesses in Sussex to receive the most nominations in round one are all featured on these pages and have been allocated a pin number to help with voting.

The business to receive the most votes will go on to the national final to be held in November at the Millennium Dome.
