Brighton new media firm Epic Group is to create 120 new jobs in the next nine months as it doubles its workforce.
Staff numbers have risen from 81 to 116 since April and the firm is now aiming to employ 240 permanent staff by April 2001.
The company is looking for designers, producers and web developers to fill the vacancies.
Epic chief executive Donald Clark said: "Due to the growth in e-learning, we now have positions such as producer and interactive designer where training experience is as important as a technical background.
"Potential recruits should be generally aware of the technical advances in learning in a business environment."
Epic's online training clients include the Royal Bank of Scotland, British Airways and accountants PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The company's staff boost reflects an outstandingly successful year. It has seen its value shoot up ten-fold in the last 12 months to almost £100 million.
More information on the jobs can be found at Epic's website.
