Mile Oak romped to a 4-0 victory over Oving in the Sussex Senior Cup first round after shooting into a four-goal lead by the interval.
Goals by Alan Woods, Jamie Ash, David Ayre and Ryan Sergeant put them in control and there were no further goals in the second half.
Lancing also progressed as goals by Ben Cullen and Ben Shelford saw them to a 2-1 win over Crawley Down, who had taken the lead through Danny Tidy.
