Hastings Town kept their FA Cup dreams alive with a 1-1 draw away to higher grade Folkestone Invicta.
Paul Jones' ensured the second qualifying round tie went to a replay by equalising just five minutes after the home side had opened the scoring.
It was the final match in charge for manager Dean White, who has been linked with Albion, and his team marked the occasion with an impressive performance.
White said: "Last year we could not cope with the physical side of things but this year we did. We matched them for that and we also played the football.
"All the good football came from us and it would have been nice if we could have finished it off."
The only reason Hastings did not was due to a superb display in the Folkestone goal by man of the match Dave Wietecha, whose repertoire of saves included two brilliant efforts to deny Duncan McArthur.
Hastings fell behind on 53 minutes through Paul Chambers The visitors hit back soon after after great play by Stuart Myall near the byline set up Jones for a clinical finish.
The teams try again at the Pilot Field tomorrow.
