Advertising hoardings front a derelict site full of rubbish.
It would be an affront anywhere but what makes it worse is that this site is right opposite the Royal Pavilion, the most celebrated building in Brighton.
Park Lane Properties have planning permission to build flats on this corner.
Councillors should apply pressure on them so that they get on with the job.
