Trouser dropping, nonsense talking and much other silliness is available 24 hours a day courtesy of Radio One via its webcam.
It updates every ten minutes and includes an archive of the more spectacular scenes from the BBC studios.
This is one of the BBC's most heavily promoted websites but it rarely seems to run slowly and you can use the site to listen in on the station.
With many DJs proving the meaning of the phrase "face for radio", this it is not always a beautiful sight but worth a visit anyway.
