What a pity that instead of unbiased, fair reporting, the Argus gave us John Parry's inaccurate ranting about the Runnymede Report. Did he even read it, or just seize on paragraph 3.30 on page 38 of its 400 pages? Nowhere does it claim to be British is to be racist. "Racial" connotations are not "racist" connotations.

What about redressing the damage with a sober and factual account of what the report really does say? Then we might take the opportunity to debate its conclusions and 100-plus recommendations relevant to all of those living in Britain.
