A play has been commissioned to mark Brighton and Hove Albion's centenary.
Brighton 'Til I Die is billed as a comic and passionate celebration of the Albion and its fans.
The story follows five Seagulls fans from the birth of the Albion through the glory years to the not-so-glory years and on to Falmer and the future.
It will be written by Paul Hodson and is being brought to the stage by Brighton Theatre Events.
Mr Hodson, the artistic director of Brighton Theatre Events, will also direct the play, which is booked for the Gardner Arts Centre next year.
Radio presenter and former Crossroads actress JoAnne Good has already been cast alongside Stephen North, of TV's London's Burning.
Martin Perry, chief executive of Brighton and Hove Albion, said: "We will be celebrating 100 years of the Albion next year and this project will form a very important part of those celebrations."
