Freeserve has launched a careers channel as part of its women's website, iCircle.com.
It has been devised to motivate and help women achieve success on their own terms, whether by starting a business, switching jobs or simply getting through the day.
Users can take an online test to see where their job motivation really lies or enter a draw to win a career makeover.
Also on the site are fun features on workplace trends and information on stress management techniques.
