The person who has the time to write hate mail to Mr and Mrs Raggio want to think twice and apologise.

I wonder if he or she has anyone in the family with a disease? I lost my daughter at 31 years of age three years ago. We were with her night and day and we watched the children with cancer and the grown ups with tubes and needles all over their bodies.

If he or she thinks that's not enough just tell them to go to the Royal Marsden and take a good look around. Good luck to Mr and Mrs Raggio.
