While there are good reasons to outlaw cards in telephone boxes (December 14), it hardly helps to define those involved as vice girls or use the word vice to describe their activities.
As the interviewee explained, some clients are just interested in getting to know her.
I have made a number of friends through contacts with the girls, who are extremely nice people.
Vice is serious sin and, as such, does not reflect fairly the motives and actions of all concerned. As a solution, could the establishments not continue to advertise discreetly in the Argus, as now?
