Over the past three years we have adjusted the schedules of many city bus routes to allow for worsening traffic and bad parking.
Nine buses have been added to the network to provide greater slack but this adds to the costs, which have to be passed on to passengers such as Mr La Planche (December 19).
It must be wrong for bus users to pay more in fares because of the illegal antics of motorists.
