B. Harvey (January 4) is obviously one for making blanket references. He/she firstly assumes that we all eat turkeys. In the Brighton area? You must be joking.
Secondly, I'm vegan and opposed to killing any living being but to describe the entire hunting fraternity (which happens to be quite large and includes our Queen) as "subhuman" is both bigoted and untrue.
They are simply rooted in tradition in exactly the same way as B Harvey apparently is in eating turkey. At least, the fox has a chance to escape.
