PC Scott Barnes was able to solve the mystery of who owned the stolen football kit his colleagues at Worthing recovered.
When asked to model the kit for an appeal picture, he realised it belonged to his own Sunday league team Loxwood FC. Now Loxwood can thank their Great Scott for being able to play once again in their own shirts and shorts.
