But wait a moment: The rubbish still hasn't been collected from outside my neighbour's front door (a mere two weeks - it's early days yet) and diarrhoea now cascades down those black sacks (human or animal, what does it matter?).
But don't worry, Lynette, I'll keep my two small children away from it. I'll not bother Sita again, nor environmental services (they're probably too busy pondering what will happen if the Tories get into power). I'll keep washing down the street (I'll try not to trip on the dangerous paving stones on my way to get more Flash) and while I keep paying my many thousands of pounds in residents' and business rates you can spend time telling our elected councillors how terrible things would be if...
