I AM a registered disabled widow of 75 years of age and for as long as I can remember I have been playing bingo in the Sun newspaper.
Imagine my delight when I got a "full house" on February 10. I thought here was the chance to treat my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, as it is impossible on one's pension.
I phoned the Sun's claims department all Saturday afternoon without being able to get through and tried again on Monday morning, from 9.30am onwards. I was eventually told my claim was too late.
I am really upset at the thought of what my phone bill will be. I think it is very unfair my phone call could not be accepted and I am disillusioned with the system used to make these claims.
