FOOD DEAL: Catering group Compass's subsidiary Select Service Partners has won a £65 million contract to run the food and drink concessions at Reno/Tahoe Airport, Nevada.
WARNING: Precision automotive component manufacturer Automotive Precision has warned its full-year profits will be "significantly lower" than expected.
CONTRACT: Agricultural consultancy Genus has been awarded a £20 million contract by the UK Government to run a series of schemes in Nigeria. Under the six-year contract, Genus will focus on tackling poverty in rural areas.
BUYOUT: Software group Sage has bought the TAS Software group of companies for £9.7 million. The TAS companies, based in Epsom, develop, market and support the TAS suite of software products.
