Ollie Wassell has been winning rave reviews from his Horsham U-18s manager Al Cooke.
The striker has been in excellent form, but he is a lot younger than his team-mates.
Ollie at the age of 14 is one of the team's best players and Al spotted him playing under-15s football earlier in the season.
Al explained: "Ollie was dropped from his team because he was missing too many chances. "But I thought the way he was getting into good positions was his strength.
"We've brought him into the under-18s and been working with him on his finishing.
"I saw bags of potential in the lad and he is just not phased by anything. We had to see how he coped early on, but he just started getting better and better. In training he looks very sharp.
"All the other players get on really well with Ollie and I know they rate him highly."
Ollie was surprised and delighted when he received our JAKO Youth Footballer of the week prize.
