Lewes overcame Ryman League rivals Horsham 4-1 after extra time in their Sussex Senior Cup quarter final tie at the Dripping Pan.
Victory now sends the Rooks through to a semi final showdown with Crawley Town.
It was Horsham who opened the scoring on 14 minutes when Ryan Andrews beat Florian Ludewig with a low shot after Roger Barnes' effort had been blocked.
Lewes equalised on 26 minutes when Chris Dicker finished off a smart move and four minutes later they could have gone ahead when Sam Francis blazed a penalty over the bar.
Horsham were reduced to ten men on 78 minutes when Joe Clark, as the last defender, pulled down Warren Bagnall just outside the penalty area.
The match moved into extra time and Lewes finally went ahead towards the end of the first period when Paul Thomsett was brought down for a penalty which Justin Harris converted.
Richard Hudson added a third on 110 minutes and Matt Beeston made it 4-1.
