Albion must keep on grinding out results to achieve their promotion dream.
That is the message from assistant boss Bob Booker ahead of tomorrow's big promotion clash at Leyton Orient.
The players were booed off by sections of the crowd following last Saturday's 1-1 home draw against lowly York.
A travelling army of three thousand fans will be expecting a better display at Brisbane Road, but the same outcome would be satisfactory for the Seagulls.
Booker, who experienced promotion three times with Sheffield United and once at Brentford, said: "The positive thing to come out of last Saturday was that we didn't lose, even though it was frustrating for the players and fans.
"Obviously we were disappointed with a 1-1 draw, but we are trying to turn the negatives into positives.
"That made it four points out of six and if we carry on like that for the rest of the season we will go up.
"Every game is big from now on and it's all about picking up results, whether we draw or win.
"We ground out a result against Blackpool without playing the best and it's a case of continuing to grind them out."
Booker was appointed as Micky Adams' No. 2 days after Albion's 2-0 defeat of Orient at Withdean in September.
Kerry Mayo, on the scoresheet then, serves a one-match suspension tomorrow.
Adams must decide whether to replace his leftback with the attack-minded Nathan Jones or opt for a more safety-first policy to protect Albion's seven-point advantage over the O's.
Cardiff will go three points clear of the Seagulls in second spot if they beat Hull, the next visitors to Withdean, at Ninian Park tonight.
