Second placed Lewes won 3-1 at third placed Ashford Town after building up a three-goal lead inside 15 minutes.
Nine points from six matches will now guarantee Rooks promotion from division three.
They had to wait until the tenth minute before taking the lead when Sam Francis finished off a low cross from Warren Bagnall and 60 seconds later Francis added a second when his shot went in off the inside of the post.
Lewes made it 3-0 on 13 minutes with Chris Dicker taking advantage of a square defence to give keeper Paul Burgess no chance.
Five minutes from half time Ashford were reduced to ten men when Andy Frost was sent off for kicking out at Paul Thomsett.
Ashford got one back in the 83rd minute through Steve Scott.
