Micky Adams' boyhood idols Sheffield United are coming to Withdean for a pre-season friendly.
Neil Warnock's Blades visit on Friday August 3, eight days before Albion launch their Second Division campaign.
The Seagulls have also confirmed a pre-season friendly at Adams' first club Gillingham on Tuesday July 24. They head off to Southern Ireland again the following day for a week-long tour which will include two games.
Albion beat Crystal Palace 2-0 at Dulwich Hamlet FC yesterday in a hastily rearranged reserve game.
Scott Ramsay and Lee Steele scored in either half and Matt Wicks continued his comeback from hamstring trouble.
Adams failed to make it to the match. His assistant and navigator Bob Booker got lost!
Albion play a rearranged reserve game at Fulham on May 8 (1pm).
The other outstanding Avon Insurance Combination fixtures, away to Luton and Gillingham and at home to Barnet, are now unlikely to take place.
