I agree with Keith Waterhouse, Adam Trimingham and others that the time is right for Embassy Court, Brighton, to come down (Argus Property, April 25).
During the summer months, I have, on many occasions, witnessed people in groups looking in disbelief at the building from the opposite side of the road.
I do not think for one moment, as Councillor Morley suggests, individuals travel from overseas just to see this building.
Where does this guy come from? Foreign tourists are more likely to be amazed as to how we can allow this monstrosity to continue deteriorating.
Please let common sense prevail and pull it down. The alternative is to allow it to stay only on condition that all the individuals who wish it to remain move in.
