Albion goalkeeper Michel Kuipers and leftback Kerry Mayo have been rewarded for their contributions to the championship campaign with new two-year contracts.
Both still had a year left on their existing deals.
Boss Micky Adams explained: "I wanted to reward them for the season they've had and bring them in line with other players at the club."
Danny Cullip, Paul Watson and Charlie Oatway all had their contracts extended earlier this season.
There are no surprises in Adams' retained list. Midfielder Steve Melton has been offered a two-year deal and skipper Paul Rogers and young keeper Will Packham a year apiece.
Phil Stant, Rod Thomas, Darren Carr and Mark Cartwright have all been given free transfers.
Adams has yet to make a decision on Martin Thomas, signed from Swansea on transfer deadline day, and Darren Freeman. The Brighton-born forward is recovering from a third hernia operation.
Danny Cullip and Richard Carpenter miss tonight's benefit match for physio Malcolm Stuart and retired kit man Jock Riddell against Charlton at Withdean (7.45).
