Leading air conditioning firm Hotchkiss Ductwork has won two top awards for safety and training.

The Eastbourne-based company is to receive a second gold medal for occupational safety from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) to add to the five gold certificates it has already won.

RoSPA director of safety policy John Howard said: "The awards reinforce the message that good health is good business and demonstrates an organisation's continual commitment to achieving high levels of performance in this crucial area."

Hotchkiss is also celebrating success in this year's industry awards for excellence promoted by trade magazine H&V News.

The company's training was recognised when judges awarded it the Training Initiative of the Year title.
