David Trigg is hoping his Sussex based racing team can compete on the world stage.
The dream may take a while to achieve but the Roundstone Suzuki team have made great strides in their first year of competition.
Trigg, a partner in Roundstone Car Centre at Angmering, set up the team last year.
This season they have switched from Kawasakis to Suzukis and the team comprises four riders.
Trigg and Sean Beamish, 27, from Upper Beeding, compete in the MRO Supersport Championship, while Jamie Hitter and 16-year-old Tommy Hill, who are not from Sussex, race in the British Superstocks, which forms part of the British Superbikes Series programme.
Trigg, 27, who lives in Steyning, said: "We have one of the best set-ups in the pits.
"We are a professional team. We have a tremendous set-up and a fair amount of sponsors, although we are looking for more sponsors."
Although results are not outstanding yet, all the riders are making progress.
As for the team as a whole, Trigg has big plans. He said: "We want the team to grow and eventually want to get to world level and run up there alongside the best of them.
"We have got a lot further than anyone else has in their first year."
